Welcome back to all friends old and new, for day 3 of the Art Impressions and Chameleon Pens blog hop, today we have a Monochromatic design for you using all three companies products.
Materials used: Chameleon Color Tone Pens, Deep Black (BK4), Art Impressions the Queen Stamp Set, Perfect Layers Mini, Perfect Cutting Mat, Shrink Plastic, Spellbinders Crown limited edition die, Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, Black Shrink Plastic, Silver Sharpie, Spellbinders frame die, Bee Paper Black card and Provo Craft Patterned paper.
How to:
1) The image was stamped onto Bee paper using Memento ink, and then colored using the brush nib of the Chameleon pen. (Yes you are right all those shades were achieved with just one black pen!) The image was then mounted behind the black spellbinders frame.
2) Two rectangles of patterned paper were then mounted onto black card and trimmed using the Perfect Layers Mini 1/16″ edge and Cutting Mat. They were then attached to the base card and the frame element added on top.
3) The sentiment was stamped and the crown made from shrink plastic was then decorated with the silver Sharpie. This was then attached to the card to finish.
